We provide 2 regular short helmets with each scooter, included in the rental price!

Short: Full/Full
We’ll always deliver your scooter with a full tank of gas and we ask for you to hand it back the same way. In case you have no chance to fill it up, we ask for a $100mxn gas fee.

We ask for a US$200 guarantee deposit in order to deliver your scooter, which is refundable once you return the scooter in the same conditions.

We ask for a 20% deposit in order to book your scooter. Deposit is only refundable if cancelation is made prior to a week before rent begins.

Refunds will only be provided in case the contract can’t be fulfilled due to Black Urchin’s responsibility. If you decide to cancel the contract the remaining days of rent will not be refundable, unless the cause of cancellation is directly affiliated to Black Urchin

We provide a Scooter Rental Contract for every vehicle and client. We’ll go through together when handing over the scooter.

All of our scooters include vehicle insurance, we provide emergency numbers and insurance contact so you can report your accident/emergency, every accident must be notified to Black Urchin inside a period of 24hrs, otherwise insurance will not be valid.

Don’t worry, it happened before. For US$20 we can provide you a spare key.

Rental periods are fully flexible and can be any number of days.
